Brain Bounce operates on a subscription-based model.

1. 14-Day Refund Policy

New members may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of their initial purchase.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

2. After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day window:

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Partial refunds are not provided.
• Unused time or lack of participation does not qualify for refund.

3. Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

• Cancellation prevents future billing.
• Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior payments.

4. Beta Access Terms

During the Beta phase:

• Features may change
• Improvements may be made
• Temporary bugs or interruptions may occur

By joining the Beta, you acknowledge you are participating in an early-stage version of the platform.

5. Abuse of Refund Policy

Brain Bounce reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• Fraud
• Chargeback abuse
• Repeated refund attempts
• Violation of community guidelines
